Waiver of Liability Requirement

A fully executed Waiver of Liability is required for each individual participant, whether child or adult, prior to engaging in any activities provided by Precision Mobile Gaming LLC.

Submit electronically via email before the scheduled event, OR present a hard copy in person at the commencement of the event.

Important Notice

Failure to provide a completed Waiver of Liability will result in the individual being prohibited from participating in any activities within the Precision Mobile Gaming trailer.
